Our team of organic warriors makes food with respect for the animal and the nature surrounding it.

All our meat comes from danish, free range animals, and we buy our groceries as local and organic as possible.

 

We have a wide selection of beer and wine, which we serve to our menu, that will change due to season.

We serve serveral dishes, and use everything on the animals – from the nose to the tail.

At NOSE2TAIL Meatpacker we work as sustainable as possible.

We have no E numbers in our food, and our staff are insanely pretty.

 

We love meat! But we are always able to serve a vegetarian or vegan menu. Write marc@nose2tail.dk for the present menu, or put a note to your reservation.

 

Our kitchen team is young and enthusiastic, and are allowed to play with combinations of taste and structure, given that they follow our basic sustainable rules about only using quality products and generating almost no waste.

 

 

Events & Christmas

In NOSE2TAIL Meatpacker we have BAGLOKALET (The Back Room).

This private room is avaible for groups up to 60 dining guests, and if we use the whole restaurant, we can fit groups up to 100 guests.

 

Our location has a hint of the history in the Meatpacking District, and our food are made from local danish products. All the meat comes from free range animals and if we can get it organic, we do.

We work as sustainable as possible, because is the right thing to do!

 

Christmas parties at NOSE2TAIL is a tradition!

From 1st of November, until 31st of January, you can book The Back Room, the entire restaurant or just a single table.

STEAK CLUB

Every Monday we host our popular Steak Club.

 

The concept is simple:

Every Monday we will serve free range sirloin with fries and bearnaise ad libitum, only 250 kr.
