NOSE2TAIL Meatpacker is a sustainable restaurant located in a cozy basement in The Meatpacking District of Copenhagen.

 

Our team of organic warriors makes food with respect for the animal and the nature surrounding it.

All our meat comes from danish, free range animals, and we buy our groceries as local and organic as possible.

 

We have a wide selection of beer and wine, which we serve to our menu, that will change during season. Thursday, Friday & Saturday we will open in Friends Bar, where skilled bartenders wil serve nice cocktails for any occasion.

 

NOSE2TAIL Meatpacker is a combination of of our former restaurants.

We serve serveral dishes, and use everything on the animals – from the nose to the tail.

At NOSE2TAIL Meatpacker we work as sustainable as possible. We have no E numbers in our food, and our staff are insanely pretty.

 

Our Head Chef, Chris Schack Sørensen are responsible for the menu, which will change during season.

FRIENDS BAR

In the back of our restaurant we have a nice cocktail bar, called FRIENDS BAR – It’s open from 18:00 Thurs-, Fri- and Saturday, and if you drop by between 18:00-20:00, we will serve you two drinks for ones price. It’s the two most happiest hours a day!

 

Our cocktail list is a nice selection of our own creations, reinterpretaions of known cocktails and some classics.

We also have the biggest selection of Mezcal, Rum and Whiskey in The Meatpacking District.

Events

In NOSE2TAIL Meatpacker we have BAGLOKALET (The Back Room).

This private room is avaible for groups up to 65 dining guests, and if we use the whole restaurant, we can fit groups up to 120 guests.

 

Our location has a hint of the history in the Meatpacker District, and our food are made from local danish products. All the meat comes from free range animals and if we can get it organic, we do.

We work as sustainable as possible, because is the right thing to do!

Please use our online booking system for reservations up to 8 guests.

 

Call us or write to us, if you have a request for more than 8 guests, and we will find you a menu.
