We buy and use free range animals who have lived a worthy life and we buy vegetables from small organic farmers as much as possible!
Our fish & seafood is caught in a sustainable way, not using trawl!
Martin Sahlholdt is our Headchef – he is young, brave and is very focused on using only the best local produce!
In his kitchen he has Arsell Markusson from Iceland as his Souschef and they have a team of the best Organic Warriors in the kitchen.
